I'm Sidhant Allawadi, a product manager who builds and scales enterprise AI products. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, system design, and go-to-market — taking AI from impressive demos to things teams actually rely on in production.

I did my B.Tech in Computer Science from DTU (Delhi Technological University), then my MBA at IIM Calcutta. That combination is how I work: close enough to engineering to design agent architectures and API contracts, but anchored in customer discovery and the business outcome that actually matters. I've worked on agentic AI platforms for banks and an analytics platform for healthcare payors.

I'm especially interested in AI reliability — the unglamorous metrics and confirmation flows that decide whether an AI product earns trust. I also build my own products to stay honest about how they really break; StockSnap is the latest.
